We understand that the future of our company is dependent on the success of our customers, and we put a lot of care into what happens after the sale. With customer service being our number one priority, it is no surprise that our returns policy clearly reflects this. We know that when a part of your system fails, you need to have it resolved as quickly as possible. This is why we take back faulty products still under warranty even if it was purchased at one of our competitors. We try to provide loaners whenever possible. The only caveat is that it must be a product that we carry, and if we can’t verify the warranty status from a date code, or other such marking, we will gladly send the product back to the distributor or manufacturer and advocate for you to have said product warrantied where applicable.
